Instant Cash Back on P2P SMS Usage is a campaign whereby subscribers will get instant Tk 2 cash back on every 20 SMS Usage. The SMS counted will be local (Robi to Robi and Robi to Other Operator). Subscriber needs to Opt in by dialing *8666*99# and the SMS Usage Counter can be checked by dialing *444*25#. The counter will be refreshed at 0:00hrs every night. A subscriber can get maximum Tk 20/day. International SMS, Bonus, Bundle and SMS to shortcode will be out of scope of this campaign and therefore usual charge will be applicable and not counted as SMS usage eligible for Cash back offer.

Campaign details:

  • The duration of the campaign will be 20 days
  • User needs to dial *8666*99# to Opt-in to this campaign. It will be free of Charge.
  • One Opt-in during Campaign period.
  • After dialing opt in code subscribers will get the flash message: Your request is being processed
  • For eligible subscribers SMS reply: Instant cash back activation is successful. Dial *444*25# to know your daily SMS usage. Visit www.robi.com.bd for details.
  • Eligible subscribers can check their daily usage by dialing *444*25#
  • neligible subscribers will get generic reply
  • P2P SMS refers to peer to peer SMS (160 characters) and not a bonus/bundle/International SMS/Short Code based SMS
  • Regular SMS fee of maximum Tk. 0.50 (+ SD + VAT+ SC)/SMS will be applicable
  • Bonus/Bundle/Bulk/VAS SMS will be out of campaign scope
  • After sending every 20 P2P SMS (Local: Robi-Robi, Robi-Other), subscriber will get a bonus of Tk 2 which will go to the main a/c. the validity and usage of the cash back amount will be same as that of the main a/c balance
  • SMS Usage can be check by dialing *444*25#
  • Subscriber can gain a maximum of Tk 20 cashback/day
  • The SMS Usage counter will be refreshed every night at 0:00hrs
  • International SMS, Bonus, Bundle and SMS shortcode will be not counted as usage and hence cashback will not be applicable for these.
