- customers will enjoy 20% extra internet volume if they purchase any of these plans through banglalink website/mobile portal/my banglalink app. for example if you buy tk. 28 plan through these channel, you will get 96 MB instead of 80 MB.
- talk-time and sms can be used for any local number, 24 hours a day. internet can be used 24 hours a day. to check plan balance, dial *5000*300#.
- in case of multiple purchases, last purchased plan will override previous one and unused talk-time, internet and sms volumes will be carried forward. in case of talk-time and sms, longer validity will be applicable while for internet, validity will be set as per last purchased plan.
- customer will have the choice to activate each plan with or without auto-renewal.
- if a customer’s talk-time is finished before validity expiry and s/he does not re-activates a plan again then flat rate of 1.5p/sec (excl. vat) will be applicable for all local calls till the validity remains.
- if the internet volume is finished before validity expiry and the customer has no other internet pack, the speed will be throttled down to 64kbps and there will not be any additional internet charge.
- if customer has an individual internet/sms/voice bundle, those will be consumed before the activated plan.
- customers who will purchase these plans through website, mobile portal and my banglalink app based digital channel, will have limited access to banglalink customer care helpline regarding any query for these plans only. before purchasing these plans, customer will be clearly notified about the details and only after receiving the active consent from the customers, s/he will be able to purchase the plans.10 sec pulse applicable for bundle talk-time usage.
